Michael McCabe advised businesses and individuals in the San Francisco Bay Area for 30 years.

He has practiced as a Mediator for more than 15 years, and has mediated hundreds of disputes.

 

He began his legal career  in 1964 as a prosecutor in Alameda County.  He co-founded and managed a 13 attorney law firm, and has owned, managed, and developed real property and other investments.  He has served as Judge Pro Tem for the Contra Costa Superior Court, and has served as court-approved mediator in federal and state courts throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.   Most recently he served seven years as volunteer Director of Restorative Justice Ministries in Santa Rosa, CA.
